WHO: Rutile & furbies & also you!
WHERE: the network
WHEN: Before everyone dies playing soccer.
WHAT: The Furby Sanctuary is open for business.
WARNINGS: furbies
[The video opens to Rutile, sitting on the floor of his small apartment, with the camera obviously quite a distance away from him to get all of him in frame. One of the benefits of telekinesis, truly. There's paint smudged on his cheek and he's surrounded by canvases and cut flowers, but the most important thing is the long furby coiled up in his lap. Some people might recognize it as the furby Azel was trying to get rid of.
Rutile smiles cheerfully, raising the long boi with both hands.]
So, I know a few people have seen these little guys around, both in their normal short version and like this, but... not everyone has really liked them! Like I'm sure everyone who saw it remembers the post Mr. Nightroad made about the furby that he said was possessed. People tend to have strong reactions to them!
[He lowers the furby back down, patting it on the head before gesturing around him.]
It seems a bit mean to just throw them out, though! Even if they actually do turn out to be possessed, that's no reason to be so cruel, you know? So a thought came to me when I was finishing up some paintings that there should be somewhere to take them, and I already took in Mr. Azel's furby, so... why not take in more? Like some sort of home for wayward furbies! My apartment is probably much better than throwing them into a pond.
[Another pat to the long furby, but it's time to wrap things up.]
Of course, if anyone wants to get rid of anything that's not a furby, I'm sure that could be arranged too! But these little guys seem to have a bad rap, even though I think they're pretty cute. If you get one mysteriously appearing, which seems to happen a lot, but don't want it, feel free to message me whenever you want! Or just come back to this post. And that's all!
Oh, wait, actually - I was wondering if there's anyone who knows magic for preserving flowers or making them grow more nicely? I'm not very good at that kind of magic, but I'd like for the flowers I grow and make wreaths out of to have a better time. I don't have a lot of money, but I could cook you something! Or you could have some of the flowers, too... Or I could paint you something? Either way, that really is it for now!
