Oh ah- I just wanted to let everyone know I won't be living with my cousin Anna anymore if you wish to visit me.

I... well... it seems I do have a much larger family than I ever knew! I will be living with my seven uncles, now. I didn't even know I had seven uncles.

Apparently my stepmother had legally prevented them from seeing me, they're my mother.. my actual mother's brothers. [But now Grimhilde is dead and all of her restrictions are slowly falling away. Snow's face is hard to read.]

I haven't seen the new house, yet, but they've made a room for me and everything and want all my friends to visit when they can.

[It had been a very difficult couple of months for Danny. And the two weeks of survival and sleep deprivation hadn't helped. Like, at all.

But hey, there was no better way to avoid all the things he was trying very hard not to think about than an obvious distraction. And he'd been wanting to do this for months.

Danny adjusts the angle of his phone's camera and waves. He is standing in front of a large card table set up in the park. On the table are a couple of battered cans of obviously knockoff soda. Bepsi. Bepis. Conke. And the probably accurately named End Me. Each can has been opened and dumped into a large container in front of it, and a tube of Mentos candy is ready to drop in..

You can probably figure out where this is going. ]

Hey guys! I figured this would be the easiest way to film this. Wish me luck.

[At some point on the 20th, after the prophecy post goes out, the Zodiac apartments are shaken with a loud KA-BOOM! While the damage to other apartments is minimal at best, one apartment has definitely borne the brunt of it. Pieces of Varian and Fern's place can be found blown outwards and onto the street below. There are a lot of swords and dangerous chemicals strewn about so...maybe be careful if you're gonna go around touching any of them. There's a hissing sound from up high where there seems to be a fire extinguisher being used on putting out the fire up there and a distant "I GOT IT, I GOT IT!"

...They might not, in fact, have got this.]

[A few hours after the explosion, the video opens on a still slightly sooty-looking Varian and Fern. They're both looking pretty sheepish after that mess. Varian clears his throat.]

So uh...you might have noticed the explosion earlier in the Zodiac Apartments. Sorry, that was- I was examining one of those peaches we got from the spirit realm. Zodiac seemed so determined to get their hands on one I-I wanted to figure out what they were about. See if I could maybe reverse engineer one to counteract whatever it is Zodiac plans to do with them. But uh-

[He waves his hand, to show that it kind of...went wrong. Obviously. ]

But sometimes junk goes boom. It's the price of doing good science.

[Fern no, that isn't how science works at all, don't play favourites just because Varian was the one who caused it.]

It doesn't look like anyone got hurt. And the explosion was kinda sick! Who knew fruit could do that??

[Varian's kind of casually covering his face with his hands as Fern decidedly plays favourites on their apology tour. He lets out a soft whine, and then looks at the camera again.]

Anyway, Fern's right, I definitely didn't expect it to have...uh explosive properties. I think the damage was largely contained to our place, but if anyone else's apartments were damaged please let us know, we'll come and help fix it up or pay for the damages. Sorry.

[He clears his throat again. He's agreed to sort out the damages for his and Fern's place with Zodiac, but he is NOT gonna voice that right now. He has a chance to figure out what Zodiac are about, maybe even find a way to sabotage what they're doing. But he's no stranger to treason- if he announces to the whole network what he's planning, Zodiac will know in an instant. He hates hiding the truth, it's against what he believes in, but this time it's necessary. ]

So um- important thing to glean from this if you have one? Do not eat the peach. And definitely don't touch the peach juices or breathe in any of the peach dust because that's...bad.

[Aw, Fern is just going to give Varian a reassuring pat on the shoulder. As far as he's concerned it wasn't a huge deal - some stuff got smashed, sure, but his swords survived and the four of them (Fern, Varian, Ruddiger and his new fomantis) are all fine. He wasn't super attached to the apartment, either.

Sorting out the damages with Zodiac is a whole other kettle of fish that he doesn't want to think about right now.]

Yeahhh. Dunno if anyone actually ate the peach, but ever since it exploded in our faces we've both been feeling a lot - man, how do I describe it? - clingier? To areas in the city that have gates. Those're where the spirit veins run, right?

[He doesn't know, he isn't an expert here.]

But it's probably nothing!

Because you all reacted so positively to my post last month, my bosses has assigned me to write these mid-month updates from now on. Which means I have extra work now. So thanks for that.

Congratulations on everyone who completed the Zodiac race. Hope you enjoyed yourselves somehow or learned something. If any of you took a peach but decide you don't want it, Zodiac will take it off your hands for a payment that's higher than my salary. Which is depressing me just thinking about it, so let's move on.

We're aware that Jusis Albarea from the Black Order has joined the app. It was part of the deal we made with them to help deal with Professor Willow. There will probably be more of them in the future. The Order has insisted they are only here to monitor and assist in what's going on. Zodiac is not liable if any of you manage to do something that makes them decide to take you out, so try to play nice.

[It's a very pretty scene. Snow is atop a giant hill in the middle of the park surrounded by a flourishing, beautiful garden and... floating gems?

Wait, since when has there been a giant hill in the parks anyway? And it's still winter, how is there a fully blooming garden in the middle of winter?

Snow, for her part, is terrified, though not for the reasons around her. Her hand is resting on the problem that started this all under her sweater and jacket.]

OH! I- I don't mean to be a bother to anyone... but I have a problem. A very very large problem!

I- I don't know how I made this hill or this garden! Or any of this! Though that isn't, in fact, my biggest problem.

[In the middle of her chest, right where the scar from having her heart nearly cut out is, there is now a gem, a deep, ruby red heart-shaped gem. And it's the thing that caused all this in the first place. Snow had, in her panic and pain, fallen to the ground and dug her hands into the earth, thus, the diamonds in the first place.]

Happy New Year! We've reached the new year, and what a year 2022 was! So many incredible and memorable things happened in the past year, it's hard to know where to start! We thank everyone who has been along for the journey of the first year of the Libra app, whether you were with us from launch day or if you just joined today. Your time and engagement with our platform really means the world to us!

We're looking forward to another exciting year with everyone! Let's make 2023 our year, shall we?

Now, as a quick aside among all these new year celebrations, we wanted to report that we have been looking into the unusual changes some of you have been experiencing. While we're still trying to figure out the exact reason it's happening, we did notice that despite our earlier proclaim that the Spirit Vein's barrier was showing signs of healing - we perhaps jumped a bit too quickly on early data. In fact, it seems that early data was nothing more than an outlier and well... the spirit energy level within the city is actually higher than it's ever been, and the exposure to that energy might be what's causing the recent mutations.

While we're not sure why these changes are happening and what can be done to reverse them, don't worry! We're looking into solutions to this problem and let you know as soon as we find something. In the mean time, since it's the start of the new year, we recommend viewing this as a new challenge that could encourage growth! There's been no reports so far of these changes being lethal or harmful, so perhaps you can garner a whole new set of experiences from them!

But with that news out of the way, we encourage you to not let these things get in the way of enjoying the holiday and reflecting on the past year! So now we'll leave you with our icebreaker, and our first annual Libra Unwrapped. Enjoy!

Happy Holidays! It's been quite a year, haven't it? It's hard to believe it's the holidays already, the year has really flown by!

Just a few quick announcements from us! As you noticed, a number of people are no longer on Libra! We at Zodiac believe this to be a good sign! Perhaps your efforts in unearthing the cause of the Spirit Vein's unusual activity and putting a stop to it has allowed the Spirit Vein to begin to stabilize, allowing for more people to return to how and where they were before. Of course, it is impossible for us to confirm where the other worlders end up after they leave this Earth, but like you encouraged to do last time, we choose to remain optimistic that they've been returned safely home! Great work everyone!

Second of all, we're excited to announce the launch of our first annual Secret Santa Holiday gift exchange! Some of you lucky folks have already received notice about who you're giving for Secret Santa. Thank you for taking part and we can't wait to see the sharing of the holiday spirit!

Finally, it's already been announced, but just in case anyone missed it we're excited to announced that everyone is invited to the KFA Christmas Ball this December 17th! It's a wonderful charity event being run by the Kim Fundraising Association in hopes of raising money for the destruction that came earlier this year. We're also excited to announced that Zodiac will be matching donations up to a million dollars! So please consider attending if you can and donating to their great cause! And remember, formal attire is recommended.

Hi, Libra app!! This is Yoosung Kim, username ShootingStar.

My family runs the non-profit Kim Fundraising Association and every year we have a Christmas party to do fundraising for charity, but this year because of the destruction from the dinosaur stuff from back in August (well my parents and most people think it was a big storm, but whichever reason the destruction was still the same!), the party will be MUCH bigger than usual and more people are invited to donate to the rebuilding and rehousing efforts!

So, everyone here on the Libra app is invited to the KFA Christmas Ball! It will be held December 17th at the Kaisou Royal Hotel in the Entertainment District. There'll be dancing and food provided, as well as an open bar for those of legal drinking age, and plenty of space inside and out to mingle if you don't wanna dance. But you have to come in formal wear!

I'd ask that everyone give whatever they can for the cause but don't worry because I'm not gonna hound anyone about it if they don't! There's plenty of people coming so there will be enough donations~

Perhaps you were born and raised here, perhaps opportunity brought you here, or perhaps you don't know why you're here at all. Whatever the case may be, all your roads led to Kaisou.
