WHO: Opal, and whoever stumbles across them
WHERE: The State Park
WHEN: Shortly after the Libra app appears on their phone
WHAT: Opal "coping" with the new situation
WARNINGS: WoLs gonna WoL

[It has been... a trying day. Which is unfortunate, considering that it was one of the few days off they got this week. Waking up to a tattoo on their face was bad enough, considering Opal had more or less just fallen into bed after their last shift, didn't even have the excuse of drunken bad ideas to explain where the hell it came from. A scan of their phone to try and figure out if they'd somehow blacked out from exhaustion and managed to get it down leads to a new app, and the new app leads to... entirely too long reading all the entries and trying to piece together what the fuck was going on.

Which then lead to Opal needing some way to process all of this new information, and deal with the hammer that had been smashed into their worldview (magic? seriously?), and... well, it's the middle of the afternoon in the middle of the week and no clubs they'd deign to go to are open yet. So... their other means of working out some steam.

For everyone else, this means a walk in the park might lead them to someone standing in the middle of a river, fishing rod abandoned on the side of the riverbank in favor of what looks like a makeshift fishing spear, looking like they are Definitely Fine and Definitely Handling Things Normally, while also looking like any fish that is fool enough to come near is in for a hell of a time.]

WHO: Ritsuka and YOU
WHERE: Libra App
WHEN: Midafternoon after the Goodwill opened for the weekend
WHAT: Someone bought a ring of rock eating and decided to test it out...
WARNINGS: None, just dumb shenanigans

The post that appears on the network is very short and simple. First, there's a photo of a very nice-looking piece of watermelon tourmaline crystal. Except that on closer inspection, one might note that there's something a little odd about it.

Specifically, it looks uncannily like someone took a bite out of it.

Accompanying the photo is a short text:

It really does taste like watermelon candy!

The city of Kaisou has always been a hole-in-the-wall kind of town. While prosperous and peaceful, it's usually overlooked by the rest of the country and left to its own devices. Perhaps you were born and raised here, perhaps opportunity brought you here, or perhaps you don't know why you're here at all. Whatever the case may be, all your roads led to Kaisou. It's not bad place to be, all in all, so long as you ignore certain holes in the world.
