WHERE: The Harbor.
WHEN: Today.
WHAT: Finally addressing the change in the harbor.
WARNINGS: nope.
[ the feed switches on to a close up shot of furina as she places down her phone and takes a few steps back, clearing her throat. behind her is the harbor in all it's glory, notably with the addition of a particular statue. yes, the statue has been there for a while─ for two months in fact! ─but with everything going on there wasn't exactly a right moment to address it.
and now that it seems things have calmed down... it is time to address it. ]
Ahem! I'm sure some of you have noticed the addition to the harbor back in March, and I suppose it is about time someone instruct you on it proper!
[ she turns to look at the statue briefly before returning her gaze to the camera. ]
To put it simply this statue will allow you to breathe the water of the harbor should you so desire, all you will have to do is walk over and touch it. Like this. [ turning on her heel she walks over to the statue and places her hand against it. ] I believe the only waters blessed is that of the harbor, so don't go thinking you can just dive into whatever pond or pools you so desire and still be able to breathe!
[ a pause, then furina takes a deep breath before regarding the camera again. ]
And for those curious, yes that is in fact a statue of me; Furina de Fontaine, God of Justice and former Hydro Archon of the nation of Fontaine. I may have regained some of my powers but I am by no means changed!! [ if you ignore the new semi translucent horns decorating her hair, the pointed ears, and fangs. she is a little changed, just a little. ]
Anyway, that is all I wanted to say.
