WHERE: back in the city, right in front of a new diner.
WHEN: mid-April?
WHAT: Noctis gets jumpscared by a diner chain from Lucis.
WARNINGS: questionable mascot? other than that, nothing comes to mind!
[Noctis hasn’t been on the island for most of the day, having gone back to the city to attend a meeting. That’s not important here, what is important is that on his way back to the gate he saw something he did not think he would ever see in this lifetime.
The video feed turns on to: a diner. The sign out front reads Crow’s Nest. It looks like any other chain diner, with a crow mascot in green just kinda chilling right outside on the bench. For the moment it looks like a particularly well-made statue.]
This entire building wasn’t here when I left. [Noctis sounds a little bit alarmed by this sudden development.] How did Kenny Crow get here so fast? I—
[The crow mascot moves its head towards the camera and gives a casual wave hello. Noctis yelps in shock.]
