hoshikiriWHO: Takame and the Network
WHERE: Libra App
WHEN: 2/21
WHAT: Prophecy Mumbo Jumbo
WARNINGS: Should be none!
[It’s that time again, gays (and Nox Miller) of Kaisou. The feed is, interestingly, filtered despite the fact that nearly every app user could see it. The exception of one Teresa Hathorne was understandable. Either way, Takame came into focus on screen with a light bow.]
Good afternoon. ‘Tis Kesi Takame. I come to you all to present the prophecies for the next month. Unfortunately, they seem rather disconnected once again but I shall no less pass the messages along.
[He shuffled something off screen, there was a sound of papers being moved. He wasn’t gonna not take notes.]
Wheel of Fortune, upright. I am told it represents cycles, luck and the unexpected… though we are aware by now to expect as much. An... egg. No further context given. [A pause and a tilt of his head, as if he still didn’t understand that one.]
Another song... [And a second pause following, just long enough to be awkward.]
Something about winning medals… in some manner of dangerously arduous sounding competition. [He shook his head, composing himself again.] Five rings locking into one another, no further context. A hand that once appeared human transforming into that of a monster’s with claws, though what manner of monster is uncertain. Ah... "pixie sticks"? [His sterile formality broke at that, which is to say he made a slight upward inflection. Yes, this was the breaking point.]
I had to do a search to learn that it was some sort of confectionery… but ‘tis possible we will be dealing with the fae again... [Considering Takame’s first home experience with the fae were literally called pixies.]
What I saw was the tail of a fox. A kitsune, perhaps. I can only say with certainty that it was not the tail of someone I know. [His boyfriend is a fox, this is important to note.]
My apologies, some of what was seen was more odd than I realized until it became necessary to recite it… [Even Takame can be thrown by some unhinged shit. Either way, he bowed again.] This concludes my report, thank you.
