So that was what I would charitably call a strong contender for the third worst day of my life. To answer the obvious question: no, I'm not horribly injured. I'm relieved the whole thing seems to have worked, so thanks for working so hard to deal with the rest of it. Pretty sure I owe several of you a drink after all that.
I think I might get out of town for a couple days. Just to get some space from this latest disaster. How likely are those stable gates to explode into complete chaos?
