That's about as patience anyone is going to get out of Luffy. That's practically almost an inhumane amount of patience from him, considering he can't even sit still 5 minutes to follow a plan he agreed to.

And he will, at least, try to be good. He's going to try to keep his promise to August not to traumatize people over dinosaurs.
