Hello. Thank you for using the Libra App.

First they ruined the Fourth of July and now I have to work a second weekend because of the Black Order. What a load of crap. At least now the backdoor access to the Libra app has been revoked from the Black Order, so there shouldn't be anymore zealots popping up on the network. Good riddances.

Anyway good work on taking out those Zealots and getting that underwater prison. The board wants no part of the prison industry, so the place is yours Wriothesley. We'll be sending you the proper paperwork once the legal department figures out how the hell to explain "underwater prison" in the tax codes. No idea why you'd want a place like that, but not my problem.

We've also taken the liberty of giving the "sane" prisoners you've recovered from there some phones so they're on the libra app. We won't be giving any replacement phones, so try to be careful with them.

As for my colleagues on the app... I know we told you we'd take you off the Libra app after the mission was complete, but Research & Development noticed that our energy readings have really altered since joining the app. I tuned out through most of the explanation, but to sum it up you guys are gonna be on the Libra app on a more permanent basis. You're also expected to check in for monthly exams with the labs. Congrats on your promotion to lab rat.

Oh and one last thing: WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T TOUCH YGGDRASSIL UNTIL WE SAY SO. You'll either end up stranded in another realm or piss off some Norse god. I know you're all eager to go murder more Order members, but just leave it alone while we're looking into it, okay?

How do I get off this app? I don't think I want anything to do with the so-called generous corporation who can't even be bothered to help someone who was unlawfully imprisoned as a minor for five years get their papers in order so they can, I don't know, get home to let their family know they're alive. Or help said formerly imprisoned person find a place to stay that isn't the prison. Or anything but imply I'm somehow not sane and give me a bullshit phone that I think was new when I was still in Japan. Five years ago.

[ as ever, he expects no reply from Zodiac on this post despite being directly addressed, but he decides to make a post anyway. Instead of a text, though, it'll be a wide camera view of the Office in Meropide, and it's mess of paperwork and honestly, it's just a mess because some people might have. Roughly went through it. The dog-eared duke gives a wave, and a somewhat melancholy smile as he clears his throat. ]

Alright, first thing's first, I'm going to say I'm bad at this sort of thing. I'm not a public speaker and I hate the spotlight even more, so I'm gonna' keep it short and sweet as I can.

First, I want to thank everyone who came into the Fortress with me. I know the things we fought and people we met down there were dangerous, and many of you could have gotten hurt or worse down there, but you came anyway. For that, you have my thanks--and my apologies for anything sustained while down there.

Second, while I know most of you agree that the Fortress is an Ugly mess of a place--[ He winks. He remembers what you said, March 7th. ] It's the home I've known most of my life, regardless of its status as a prison. It's more than that for me.
I'm happy to have it back--especially if it means taking it from people who were using it for ill means. I'll be spending the next few months restoring it back to the Meropide I know and love--which brings me to my third point.

Meropide isn't just a prison. Sure, even back home, it was used for that--but to me, it wasn't just a place you got locked up in because of the crimes you committed aboveground. It was a place for people to live life with a fresh start that most of society wouldn't allow a criminal once they were free to walk the world above again. Where everyone starts out equal and can carve out a new life. It was meant to be a home.

So, with that said, anyone who wants to live down here; I'll allow it. There are rooms down here that are bigger than most apartment spaces; and I'll even be working to make those spaces more livable rather than 'cells'. I'll also be reviving the Cafeteria down here, so anyone who wants a job cooking? Or maybe working in the factory down in the basement?
I've got some money saved up due to the fact that my Otter-loving roommate doesn't let me buy most of my own things back in the place I've been living in the city. I'll pay you well.

I want Meropide to be used for what it's meant for: A place for people to live a life where they can be free to choose what sort of life they want to live.

Well, in that case I think a fine thing to do would be to offer some proper congratulations. I wasn't able to do more than offer some words of advice and a few camping kegs of water from the Krusty Krab, but it was a considerable relief to see more people come out than went in, I must say.

Oh...and on another note, perhaps one of you might have some advice for me. I'm in need of some more animal friendly shampoos- reptiles specifically- and I can't say I've ever done the shopping for such things! The most I've kept are amphibians, and suffice to say you can't go washing those with soaps, ohoho!

But I do need something for the poor dears, and I don't think it would be wise for me to put this off.
