[It's the middle of October now. By now, the demon legion has been defeated and the kidnapped returned (though you can continue tagging the event log). However no matter how you were going about your morning, your phone will give a blaring alert sound, indicating a new Zodiac post. As usual, the alert will sound even if you have your phone turned off or on silent, and will take over your phone until you read and comment to the message. The post begins like the previous one had, with notifications of peoples coming and goings]

Hello! Thank you for using the Libra App!

First of all, we'd like to say that we're thrilled to see that everyone has returned safely and soundly from the Spirit Realm! While we had predicted increased activity from the Spirit Vein due to the time of the year, that incident went beyond our expectations. We thank anyone who was willing to go into the Qliphoth realm and assist with saving the day, yet again. Anyone who requires medical attention or counseling sessions after the ordeal is welcome to contact Zodiac for any services.

While the demon problem at the Qliphoth has been taken care of, we ask that you continue to keep a watchful eye for the rest of the month! The veil between the Spirit Realm is still weak around this time of year, so we believe that it's still probable that spirit realm related incidents may occur (though hopefully not on the same scale as that)! One of our seers has cryptically advised it'd be a good idea to invest in sun lamps, but we think they are just thoughtfully pointing out that it the days get shorter this time of year and that may affect some of us! Best to be prepared!

Finally, we have heard reports that some of you have been getting a lot of attention regarding your unique appearances as of late. We understand and sympathize that this has caused some inconveniences for you. So, we are happy to offer you some complimentary Zodiac merch to help! Well, yes. I think everyone did in our grade.

Oh... I suppose that IS true that it became mandatory. Still, I do apologize for taking a spot if you wanted it.

Oh no, it's quite all right! I'm not much for standing out, especially in front of crowds.

Besides, if Mr. Craig chose you for the spot, I'm sure you earned it!

[Souta cannot say how the other auditions went, since they were one on one. But he knows Elliot has a keen ear for good musical talent. Plus Snow has a nice singing voice in class.]

I certainly tried my hardest. I'm sure you did too, really, everyone worked very hard, that's quite important to give credit to.

I'm still in shock I got it with so much skill surrounding me!

I don't know about that. You are very skilled at singing! My singing voice is more... well, average.

[Souta's singing is fine. He might not have the courage to project his voice, but it's pleasant enough. Plus he's good at following direction.]

You don't seem that average to me. Singing might be where you shine most, but you do quite well in other classes too.

Well, what do you consider yourself, then?

Oh, how very kind of you to say. I do try my very best in my classes. It's very different here in the public school. I'm not used to having many teachers and professors.

In music class? I guess I would think myself as a participant. One voice that adds to the chorus, which might not be the most impressive position, but the music would be less without it.

The effort shows! So you haven't been in public school before? Were you in a private school or home schooled?

Well, a choir can't be a choir with only one or two voices! Your voice is absolutely needed, I'm sure it helps round out the sound in so many ways! So it's wonderful that you're a part of it. And I am sure if people listen, they could hear you loud and clear.

Oh not at all, I've only ever been home-schooled. I was never allowed to attend public or private schools. My stepmother thought that the teachers were much too lax and I would be undisciplined.

[He thinks that if people heard him distinctly in the choir, then he'd be doing it wrong. But anyway]

Oh! That must have been very different indeed. I hope the teachers here have put her mind at ease.

[They do not, but that's because these teachers can't be manipulated by her.]

Oh... ah, well, my stepmother is never really at ease when I'm out of her sight. But I think it's going very well, personally.

[She should be worried about those teachers for different reasons.]

Well, I'm glad that it's going well for you. We might not have met if you had ended up at a different school.
