I think...a couple years or so? I talked the last one someone hired out of shooting me, so I guess that discouraged anyone else from getting the bright idea to try.

Occupational hazard, either way. It's not unexpected.

I'm a Lord of the Clock Tower, affiliated with a noble house, and one who prides himself on being very disliked by very powerful aristocrats. Any of those can theoretically paint a target on my back, and all three in tandem is begging for trouble.
