Yes, actually! Owlbert is a Palisman, which means he was carved from that kind of wood. He's an animal companion that can turn into an immobile staff that you can fly on or use to cast spells.

[He also technically wasn't Luz's, but that was a long story].

I know the main elemental glyphs, and you can actually do more if you know the right combinations!

I'm...still trying to get the ability to do those. My glyphs are at a third capacity still.

It is! Or it will be. I hear people here can attain powers somehow anyway, something to do with the Spirit realm stuff I guess.

Oh, yeah! I can sort of make stuff out of shadows? I think maybe just stuff I can use as a weapon, though. Those are the only special powers I've discovered so far. It seems pretty cool.
