Since I'm clearly going to be stuck here for a while, I'll be teaching university-level chemistry for a while. I think I can handle the subject itself, or rather that's the least of my concerns about the position.
The thing is, I've never taught ordinary students that haven't had wildly abnormal lives by virtue of being mages. And I've definitely never set foot in a university that isn't a massive web of political struggles and assassination attempts.
Don't suppose anyone has advice on how to approach or handle any of this?

[With that, he quickly sent an image of some wonderful shoes]
Not really the most comfortable shoes around.

Or at least, I did. It's certainly...eccentric. [That's mildly putting it.]

[you must be a level 5 social link to unlock his tragic backstory-]
The world of mages has a higher baseline for 'strange' than normal humans do. Things like creating familiars out of metal or gemstones, summoning, necromancy, doing weird magecraft shit specifically with one's eyes, that's all pretty standard.

Sounds like you come from a pretty amazing world if I have to be honest. It kind of sounds like something straight out of game.

It's pretty close.

Although, I suppose I should ask if you and your teammates were okay.

Most of my teammates are fine, last I spoke to them.
[very funny fact that has no relevance whatsoever to the 'most' in that sentence, fate/zero's lancer shares a voice actor with shinjiro aragaki]
[isn't life just wacky.]

[He written rather quickly]
Just glad to know you and your teammates are staying safe for now. At the very least, I hope there aren't going to be anymore Gods coming your way anytime soon.

[One two-thirds god and one-third human was more than enough, honestly.]

[Pause]
Or did I jynx myself by saying that?
