WHO: Zagreus and YOU
WHERE: The network
WHEN: A very sunny afternoon, much to his dismay
WHAT: A whole new wooooooorld
WARNINGS: Likely nothing, other than the fact that Zag is not sure why he's alive and will say so
[What is the worst way to film something?
Some might argue that a continuous Dutch angle, while other maintain that Vertical Phone Filming (TM) remains the cardinal sin. However, all parties might agree that what is currently happening is the actual worst, since whoever is holding the camera doesn't seem to have a single clue what they're doing. It keeps moving, for one thing, and more often than not is at an angle that makes no sense at all, and doesn't seem to focus on anything.]
Erm... hello? The scroll said this could be use to talk to people but I'm honestly not sure how that could be the case.
[Did he read literally any of the instructions on how to use it after turning it on? No, of course not.]

Oh-- hello! [He smiles brightly and waves. Very friendly, at least.] Nice to, er, meet you? Does this count?
no subject
Hi there! I'd say it counts, we're still talking to each other and everything. My name's Moana.

Do you by any chance know where I am?
no subject
Well, actually, you're in a city called Kaisou located in the United States. By any chance, had you been wandering around some kind of maze thing beforehand?
no subject
The pathway did seem a bit more maze like than it normally does, yes. Is that normal?

I take it getting back isn't as easy as turning around? Usually I would have been sent back to the House by now anyway...
no subject
That hasn't really seemed to work out for people so far.
no subject
[not even enough to know that he's in an entirely different time period too.]

And when you say Underworld, you mean...for the dead?

Sorry, I'm just, uh. [ She thinks for a moment. ] Not many people think about the Underworld, at least the one where it sounds like your from, outside of mythology and stories.

So if you lived in the Underworld, are you a god of some kind where you're from? [ If she could recognize a name, she might at least have an idea of who or what she's dealing with. ]
no subject
I am. Hades is my father.
no subject
[ Hades was definitely a big name in mythology, even if it wasn't something she read up too much on herself. ]
I'd never heard anything about him having children before.
no subject
[and like, really. who would have guessed Persephone would put up with him long enough for that? (Zagreus is kind of beginning to see that they do get on well, but it's still hard for him to pictured.]
no subject
[ Zagreus seems like a young adult to her, but...well, he's a god, so there's no way she could guess how old he actually is. ]
no subject
There's not really a great sense of time in the Underworld.
[he doesn't know how old he is either tbh]
Though to be fair, he simply didn't talk to most of my family on Olympus since far before I was born.
no subject
I guess the other gods don't really drop by to visit him a lot either.
So wait, if Hades is your father...does that mean your mother is Persephone?
no subject
[and then only for the one party.]
I-- yeah, she is. Is that, uh, well known? To you all?
no subject
[ Honestly yeah, that tracks. ]
Well, not them having a child. But the myth of Hades kidnapping Persephone is one of the most famous ones about...either of them, really.
no subject
I'm sorry, did you say kidnapped?
