Un: Zodiac | Mid-Month Update
WHO: Everyone!
WHERE: Libra App
WHEN: July 15th
WHAT: Zodiac Network Post
WARNINGS: None!
[We've reached the second half of July. Tonight, for unknown reasons, many people decided it was a great time for a game night. By now, all the games have started, with everyone involved unable to leave their game areas. Everyone's devices will emit a soothing wind chime sound as a new Zodiac post appears. The chime will sound even if you have your phone turned off or on silent, and will not stop until you read their message and comment to it.]
Hugo and Lycaon have joined the app. Say hi everyone!
Hello. Thank you for using the Libra App.
What the hell did you guys do? The seers were all saying it was going to be a peaceful month for once, and now we got SEVEN spiritual hotzones going. Even worse, they're all barriered so we can't even get intel.
Wait. Make that 8. Apparently Janet's game night just became a hotzone. And they wonder why I never agree to go to workplace hangouts.
Ugh, sound off and tell us what's going on. I was going to have a date night tonight, but looks like I'm working overtime. Everyone, please survive. I get extra paperwork if you don't.

This post is sponsored by the Rainforest Cafe! Swing by and dine in the tropics!
[Users will have the option to choose their own display names and user pics if they haven't already. If nothing is chosen, the app will use their real name and a quick photo taken of them from their camera's phone. Like always, there'll be no responses from Zodiac. The event log can be found here! Characters in the Jumanji games can talk over the network so they can check in with folks- however no one can leave or enter into the established gamezones]

[He's not as sure as he'd like to be on HOW soon, but he wants Jun to have that extra bit of reassurance.]
I am. I was at Random Play when the barriers went up, and a small rabbit-like creature appeared and tried to attack Mr. Luke.
I was able to pull him away in time, but my leg suffered a great deal. It is a prosthetic, so I am fine for the most part.

[If there's one thing you cay say about the Meropide team, it's that they work well together- and a lot of them are pretty used to terrifying situations. While he's worried for their wellbeing as he cares for then, he's got full faith the group will beat this.
Unlike....]
-- Luke is caught up in this too?
[FYUCK. NOT THE BABY. It was one thing that Ana and Haru were- but LUKE??]
A rabbit creature that can tear a prosthetic- sounds worrying. I'm sorry it happened, but thank you for saving Luke. Do you think you'll be able to repair it?
no subject
That is correct. I am with Miss Belle, Mr. Luke, Mr. Viktor, Zelos...and two other individuals.
[God that's rude of him. He'll ask later.]
It is not an issue. Master Percy should be able to repair it after this. Until then it is a mere inconvenience.
..Though you seem worried for Mr. Luke. I will personally make sure he stays safe.
no subject
Ah, so you're with Belle's family. [That explains Luke at least, even if it's alarming]
Oh good, you have someone who can look at it. I hope this ends soon so you can do that, it's got to be inconvenient.
[He pauses as Lycaon mentions Luke. He could explain that it's because he's another brother.... but considering Lycaon is currently with Luke's biological family, that'll probably lead to more questions. Questions that information that doesn't really feel his to tell- especially with this guy being from Haru's past life. He should get a say when that gets divulged.
So he won't lie, but he'll step around details. ]
Thanks, I appreciate that. I knew him when we were kids and my fiance tutors him, so I know him well enough to know that he's not... well seasoned to situations like this.

I understand. It's something I would never wish upon a young man like him, especially the situation we're in. He seems to be taking things in stride, at least...
[So far.]
I heard from Mr. Harumasa that to end this hell we must finish the game. Is your team almost to the end of theirs?
no subject
That's good to hear. Please continue keeping an eye on him. I have a feeling he'll need the support.
[Especially if things take a turn for the worse]
Not yet, no. We're only a few turns in. But almost everyone in this group has experience with dangerous situations, and we're used to working as a team, so we're pretty lucky in that regard.
[Unlike you. Sorry man]
no subject
You have my word.
[Alas, it sounds like not even Jun's team gets respite. He'd hoped at they were closing in on the completion of it, if the statuses of Jun and Harumasa were anything to go by.]
A stroke of fortune, at least. [While Lycaon wouldn't consider himself military-grade in fighting, he knew his way around weaponry and self defense, as well as his legs being modified to be combat ready if they needed to be. Wolf instincts were nothing to slouch at either. Zelos seemed to be fight-capable, and the two strangers who walked up gave off the air of experience. Aside from that...this was a group of non-combatants.]
I believe it is Mr. Luke's turn to roll next.

[.....
Ah. He can feel the blood pressure spike. Incredible. ]
Ah. Look at the time. I nearly forgot to do my daily prayer I'll go do that now.
