WHO: Ken Amada
WHERE: Labyrinth and Network Post
WHEN: April 3rd
WHAT: Reliving the nightmare that is the Tartarus and freaking out how he can't live a normal life.
WARNINGS: Maybe vague suicidal imagery? I'll put a warning on the header!
A. Labyrinth/Tartarus
[If there was one thing Ken was sure of, he definitely knew he wasn't going to live as normally as he could. Not when he found himself in the Tartarus once again. Although, he couldn't quite put his finger on it but something seemed a little off. Not when the layout seemed to always be changing various colors or how transparent some of the floors were. Still, that didn't stop him from wandering around and hiding from various blob like creatures. It was terrible that he didn't even know where his teammates were or how he was by himself.
With each passing minute, he found himself holding his spear tightly as he tried to figure out how he got here. He didn't even remember how got here and that worries him. There were so many implications. If the Tartarus was here, that would mean...
As he shook his head, he had to continue forward. He couldn't allow himself to think such things. As he wandered around, that's when he heard something nearby. In a fit of panic, he pointed his spear at them.]
Who's there?
B. Video: Un: Koromaru
[Should anyone look at the network, they would happen to find one 13 year old who so happened to give a loud sigh.]
Whoever is in charge of the welcoming committee needs a change of plans. Waking up in a strange new world with people who claim are my guardians and with no idea what's going on? That isn't exactly the best way to greet someone, is it?
[Granted, he didn't mean to come across as sarcastic but he was frustrated. With no real answers as to how or why he got here, all he could do was just vent. Still, after a moment of regret, he flashed a small smile.]
I'm sorry, that was a little rude wasn't it? I should introduce myself, my name is Ken Amada and it's nice to meet you all. I hope you don't mind me asking a few questions. Would it be possible to tell me exactly what is going on here? And...
[As he trailed off, he looked at the ground as if he was debating to say something. However, after a moment, he gave another sigh.]
What are you supposed to do here? [Because he still has a promise to keep to his senpai after all.]

un: why; video
Honestly? I don't know if anyone knows 100% what's going on. It's all weird, and you should get ready for some weird stuff happening when the next gate shows up.

[He said as he raises an eyebrow. There were so many implications behind his words and yet...!]
no subject
[Hopefully it's less annoying than the fairy realm was.]
no subject
[He said with a small mumble or two.]
And what usually happens when they happen? Should it be anything I should be worried abuout?
no subject
Uh... the first gate, yeah. It was super cold and people froze into statues. The gates after that are hit or miss on how bad they are.
no subject
I suppose that doesn't sound too different than what I'm used to. It just seems that I'll be fighting whatever is coming through the gates instead of gods.
no subject
[So that's gonna be a fun time.]
no subject
Again, not that different from what I deal with. I'm used to going through another world to fight creatures.
[Pause]
I don't know if I should be happy or not that this is something I'm used to.
no subject
At least you'll be prepared? Compared to the rest of us.
no subject
Again, I can't tell if that's a good thing or not. Regardless, if anyone needs it, I'll try my best to be of assistance. It's the least I can do here, right?
[Even though he's only 13.]

[ Anyway, people eventually get the answers they're looking for anyway after posting to the app. Minato's sprawled on his bed, dressed casually after classes; he always feels a bit bad for the isekai folks - they seem lost and unsure a lot of the time, after all, and there's no real sign of when they'll be able to go home. ]

No way, he thought to himself, there was just no way. He wanted to say something but he didn't know what. He knows he could say something but he couldn't. As he struggled to find his words, he just couldn't believe what was right in front of him.
However, he had to say something. Taking in a deep breath, he had to wonder. What he was seeing was real, right?]
A-Arisato-san? Is...Is that you?
no subject
[ So...not an isekai? But he doesn't think he's seen the kid around, and Minato usually has a decent memory for names and faces and stories. His head tips to the side, as if in thought. ]
Did you meet my cousin?
no subject
N-No, I didn't know you have a cousin. I thought... [He didn't have any other family members right? It didn't make any sense but there was a question burning the back of his mind.]
Nevermind. Arisato-san, how are you here? No, w-why are you here?
no subject
[ Would be the main reason...why he is here, and how. Although Minato obviously knows something's going on here, he's not quite sure what. So he's just keeping it casual and honest for the time being. ]
no subject
What are you talking about? You just got here, right? Is that what you're trying to say?
no subject
[ A small shrug. ]
no subject
[No, this was not adding up at all. How could this be possible? How was it supposed to react to someone who was dead?]
How? How can you be here? Don't...
[He said before biting his lip. There was a voice in the back of his head that wanted to say something. He wanted to deny it but he didn't know if he should say it.]
Don't you remember what happened?
no subject
[ At least, not that he remembers right now. Something might emerge if they talk long enough, but right now, he sounds cautiously apologetic. ]
no subject
[He didn't mean to shout and especially not at him but he was desperate. He was trying to search for an answer that could not be found.
He didn't want his fear to be recognize as he just bit his bottom lip. Suddenly, he found himself shaking his head.]
You wouldn't be able to know who I am right now but does the name Ken Amada sound familiar to you? [Could he hear how much he just wants him to acknowledge who he was? Maybe even a little?]
no subject
But recognition flickers in the back of his mind. He's seen this kid before, but...
Huh. He's heard other people talk about it, remembering things they never experienced, but it's weird to go through it himself. ]
Ah...what a weird feeling.
no subject
As he took a deep breath in, he didn't know what he might say next would invoke something out of him once more.]
W-What do you mean a weird feeling?
[Did he even want to know?]
no subject
[ So, he finds it a bit weird.
Minato's not really the best at explaining sometimes. ]
no subject
I'm sorry, I don't think I understand. What do you mean the "me" that grew up in this world?
[There was just so much to unpack, he didn't know what to think. If he was thinking this correctly, he was in a new world with no memories of what happened?]
You really don't recall anything that happened in "my" world? [...should he be happy about that or not?]
no subject
[ So congrats on that, Ken. ]
no subject
[Was this a good thing or not? The fact that this version of Minato doesn't even know what happened and was allowed to live a normal life here should be a cause for celebration, right? He didn't have to deal with the heartache of seeing death fall upon them nor did he have to make the ultimate sacrifice.
And yet, it hurt. He didn't know who he was and he didn't know any of his teammates either.
...]
Then should I reintroduce myself again? I apologize, I shouldn't have said all those things to you.
no subject
no subject
Then it's a pleasure to meet you, Arisato-san. My name is Ken Amada and I hope we can get along.
[He said with a small smile. It was awkward trying to reintroduce himself to someone he met but that's fine. If he befriended once, he can do it again.]
no subject
[ Actually, there isn't anyone he doesn't get along with, so... ]
no subject
[He said with a chuckle.]
You're not that different from the uh...Arisato-san that I know.
no subject
[ Don't stress, he means. ]
