Gloria I Think They Got Your Number
WHO: Teresa Hathorne and the poor saps running into her
WHERE: Around Kaisou
WHEN: Nebulously in March
WHAT: Teresa can be seen snooping around Kaisou at various times. Or maybe she's not snooping and is just, I don't know, doing... Teresa... things? ...Yeah, she's snooping.
WARNINGS: Implied incestuous feelings towards her brother; implied emotional manipulation and abuse towards her brother; essentially a slave owner in a previous life and was very much fine with that actually; generally a very toxic person; do not interact if you are sensitive to these subjects as this is a core part of her character
A: The Vogue
[Teresa can be found near The Vogue with a program listings pamphlet. She's out of the way of the other people, which might look like a courtesy. However, one can notice that she's got a pen in hand and seems to be marking some things in the pamphlet. Her eyes are intensely focused, occasionally looking up to see the comings and goings of people in and out of The Vogue. After a moment, Teresa will approach the first person who looks like they work here.]
Excuse me. Do you happen to have any recommendations for any of the shows here?
[This sounds like an innocent enough question. Maybe.]
B: The Jackdaw
[On Saturday, Teresa is in a crowd of people touring the Jackdaw. Her sharp eyes take in every detail of the ship. However, there's special attention taken to the areas that are closed to the public. She abruptly asks the tour guide:]
Just how long has the ship been under renovation?
[If not in the tour group, she can definitely be found in the parts of the ship that are supposed to be closed to the public. She's looking around for signs of unusual activity given how suspicious this place is.]
C: Wildcard!
[Perhaps you've run into Teresa on the street or maybe instead she's walked into your establishment to... look around. Totally out of curiosity and nothing nefarious about it!]

I am a knight. Naturally, I devote myself to keeping the people around me safe.
[There's a sharpness to his tone at that.]
I would argue that you do. Those stationed here before you have mostly shown the same wish to keep the city and their loved ones protected. If you see a problem in your Organization with those factors, I do not believe the issue lies in the people I've met.
no subject
[She hears that sharpness, but she ignores it completely. However, at his opinion of there being honorable people in their ranks, she scoffs.]
We have the likes of Velvet Crowe and Allen Walker among the Guardians. Fortunately, they're currently assigned in Florida where they can't be an embarrassment to our name. Still, it's better to keep them on a leash than to let them roam free with the power they wield.
no subject
[If he didn't need to give his true name, he wouldn't. And he had no desire for her to have it from him directly. The sharpness remained, clear in his eyes as well as his tone at her comment. His temper was kept even all things considered. Professional.]
I've never met an Allen Walker, but Velvet Crowe was someone I spoke with a few times before and to my knowledge, she was as much of a victim of your Organization as a member. She is a human being not a dog to be kept "on a leash" regardless of the power she possessed.
no subject
[Teresa clocks that it's not a real name, but she's not about to call him on it.
She almost gives an ugly laugh. Fortunately, she doesn't.]
You don't know her like I do, then. For someone like her, the leash is a necessary mercy for the people around her.
[She'd prefer that Velvet got muzzled as well, but she's not in charge of that. Thankfully.]

Not like a dog, like a pawn. A stepping stone to selfishness.
Diarmuid has had about all he could stand of this woman, thankfully he still led her to the rest of the tour guide who were none the wiser on the heavy air between the two.]
As promised. [Said making an "after you" gesture towards the rest.] I advise you stay close to the group so you avoid getting lost again. [Which sounded vaguely like a threat.]
no subject
[Teresa hears the threat, but it rolls off her like water on a duck.]
Thank you for leading me out. The conversation was... very informative.
[She'll leave to join the tour group again. At least the blonde won't make any further transgressions, and will leave without incident after the tour has finished.]

Vile. Utterly vile, this Teresa Hathorne. He'll need to warn Edward that she sneaking around, but until then he turned his sights to a little orange bird perched on the rafters then back to her with a deep frown.]
