WHAT: Azel got some weird stuff in the mail so he's trying to give it away.

I got these in the mail on the same day as this app appeared in my device. I'm wondering if they belong to anyone here?

[ The first picture he attaches is a normal 12-pack of Baja Blast. The second picture is, uh, a long furby. A perfectly normal item. ]

I was also wondering if anyone that can reach on this forum happens to come from another place?

[ He's been here A While, but he wasn't hooked up to this network until today. It had been very strange to arrive in a different world altogether, and the people here weren't able to see his halo or wings. Azel mostly kept a low profile and tried to investigate the strange organization that was able to recognize him for who he is. Today seems to be some sort of weird breakthrough. ]

Not at all! But I'm guessing you haven't heard of Tetha'alla either.

I have not, unfortunately.

How long have you been here?

Little over a year? Around the same time as Ana.

Just a month. Many things are different here compared to my home, so I'm still learning new things every day.

[wilder]

Oh yeah, I know that feeling.

I'm STILL learning new things here. You just get used to being semi-clueless after awhile.

[ A year, though? A year is kind of a long time. He's not sure if he'll last a year here without becoming consumed by worry. ]

Has the city changed much in the past year?

[wilder]

Hmm...well most of the changes have been going on the last few months. Like random new things popping up, more people from other world, this app.

Not sure what to make of it, really.

It can be difficult to differentiate correlation and causation, yes.

While I'm not usually one to settle for 'wait and see', if we're all working together, I'm sure we can handle whatever comes.

Well aren't we confident for a guy who just met us.

I hate to break it to you, but a talking horse figured out how to get out of this world before we did.

I see. So it's not impossible, that's encouraging.

Yeah, I guess?

She might've had a portal key though. That probably helped.

What's that?

It's a key that makes a portal to go somewhere else?

Is that all we know about it?

[wilder]

Yeah. She didn't go out of her way to tell us she had one. The only reason we know at all is someone who knows that kind of stuff spotted her with it.

That sounds terribly convenient for her.

I suppose we'll have to find a spare key, one way or another...
