Because man I have a GREAT recipe for chocolate tarts with apples on top--you make them look like roses!!!!

If you don't like chocolate, you can change the tart cream to anything, really. I've been considering trying it with vanilla or strawberry...
But make sure not to slice the apples too thin or they'll shrivel up when they bake!!
