Yes. I am the human reincarnation but I am the dragon all the same. I have heard of Sapporo but I have never been there, unfortunately.

I have already forgotten those memories multiple times- I have a contract that requires memories as the price. However, each morning thereafter, I wake up, and I remember these memories that I have only acquired in this wretched city. There must be a way to forget them permanently.

It's a little cold in the winter, but you should see Hokkaido. There are hot springs you can visit, and glacier walks... all sorts of things.
