[Jusis hasn't addressed everyone in a post for a long time, which means he's here to deliver serious news. Again.]

Since we have a few new people here on this app, allow me to introduce myself first. My name is Jusis Albarea, a Guardian from The Black Order assigned to Kaisou. I've been here since January this year. For those unaware, to put it succinctly, The Order is an organization that prioritizes protecting Spirit Realms that are considered sacred, and to deal with paranormal people who abuse the Spirit Realms or are considered highly dangerous. If you have further questions about The Order, I ask that you please reach out privately rather than on this post.

[He looks down at what looks to be a file on his desk with open distaste.]

I'm certain that at least half of you are already aware of this, but for the benefit of everyone else not in the know, I'll start from the beginning. During the beginning of the month, I came into contact with a man named 'Alba.' He took an interest in the person I was with to work on a request he had, which made me suspicious. Some time later, I was then contacted by another person who informed me that 'Alba' had taken an interest in them as well. The commonality I noticed between the two was that both were victims of an underground organization known as Krusnik.

Some among us probably have heard rumors about them before. They're known to kidnap children with supernatural abilities, typically preying on those who are in disadvantaged situations, such as poverty. Their goal is experimentation on these children in order to create a god, presumably one that they can control. Many have died during these experiments since it primarily involves sending children into highly dangerous Spirit Realms in order to try and get them possessed.

[Although Jusis is trying to give this dispassionately so that everyone's on the same page, there's anger in his eyes. He has his hands clasped in front of him, and it's fairly obvious that his grip has tightened considerably since talking about it.]

I went and investigated this 'Alba' person, and I've just received a report on him. I'll do my best to keep the summary of this detestable monster brief, but informative.

His real name is Georg Weissmann, also known by the alias 'Alba' or 'The Faceless.' He was once a Guardian, but was excommunicated and sentenced to being sealed when he was caught doing unacceptable experiments. He managed to flee and joined Krusnik. Unfortunately, he wasn't killed during the 2015 Krusnik Massacre, wherein a single assailant destroyed a major facility in Eastern Europe, and Weissmann is now on our list as a man to kill on sight.

Be aware that he does have very dangerous abilities at his disposal. He can manipulate the memories of others so that you can't remember his face, and he can also immobilize you if you don't have any sort of protection from it. Barriers, for example, can protect you from this immobilization ability.

[He pauses for a moment to regain some of his composure again.]

I've informed Zodiac of this information, and I'd like to work in full cooperation with everyone here on Libra to deal with him and any Krusnik agents that may be within the city. Their most likely targets are children, escaped victims, and anyone they believe have interestingly notable power. I implore everyone to not go out alone until this threat is dealt with.

That being said, when it comes to dealing with Weissmann, lethal force may be used. As far as I'm concerned, nobody needs to hold back against him.
