WARNINGS: General sparda family stuff, they talk about demon stuff idk. there'll be a birthday party at the end of the month too.



[ A three-story building with a shop in the bottom-most floor, a sign that is overtly fancy and gilded with silver, Auguries of Innocence. In the window, there is now a smaller, just as fancy, but red glowing sign that says Opening Soon: Devil May Cry.

The second floor a storeroom filled with crates of items unsorted and damaged alike, things Vergil has collected for numerous years and hasn't finished restoring, or is just holding while not ready to sell. The floor also has a number of crafting tools in it for restoring broken items or refurbishing damaged ones.

The third floor is a minimalistic, mostly grey and silver apartment with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a study, a kitchen, a livingroom and a dining area in it. It's covered in antiques, with some weapons hanging on the wall. The furniture looks styled more for looking at than it is for sitting on, which is annoying, at best.


For the Montshs of June/July, Vergil and Dante have forcibly kidnapped Nero to live with them while he's dealing with some rather unfortunate memory issues -- and this post will be used for any threads involving the trio + any visitors while this mess goes on. ]

[He blinked, and then blinked again. On the range of things he did not expect, a surprise doppleganger was not one of them.]

Uh-...no, nothing important. I was just passing by and wanted to ask what called for the new decoration.

Oh, that? [ dante shifts, pushing himself up off the chair he had been sitting on to lean lazily against vergil's desk. ] It's my agency, gonna be running out of the Augeries sometime soon. Was just as surprised as you that he put it up.

[ pleasantily surprised, in all honesty. ]

So, how do you know Vergil?

We have a shared interest in mythology and artifacts, so I met him here. [A vague gesture to the shop, with the hand not leaning on a cane.]

Sorry--I didn't realize he had either a twin brother, clone, or a very convincing body double. Never can tell with how weird shit gets around here.

A little surprised that someone out there shares his interests, but it's not impossible.

[ note to self: make self scarce when this guy decides to visit next time, the chances of someone getting into a discussion about some sort of obscure mythology that dante certainly does not want to listen to for at least two hours. something he might have to do now should vergil emerge from where ever he has hidden himself away and they somehow start talking shop. ]

No need to apologize, it's not like we've been walking around advertising it. [ dante shrugs, cocking his head to the side. ] Twin brother, for the record, all the looks but none of the personality. [ he'd argue his personality is the better of the two. ] I'm one of those guys that were spat out by the Spirit Realm, not a local.

Oh, don't sell yourself short, I'm sure you have some personality. ['Or at least a sense of humor' was implied by the sarcastic tone.]

[ dante laughs, a brighter sound that he honestly expected. ]

You're a funny one, kinda surprised you are friends with my dear brother. [ is he insinuating that vergil doesn't have a sense of humor? yes, yes he is. ] Nice to meet you Waver.

Never been to London myself, the job doesn't really allow for continental travel. Imagine it is just as drab and rainy as Redgrave can be.

I think it's entertaining to have someone to engage with on an academic level. And it's pretty funny to tell him weird shit about my world and watch him try to keep a poker face. [Waver shrugged with his right shoulder, left hand tapping idly on the handle of the cane he was leaning on.]

Your job--so I'm guessing that's your sign, then? Just what is it you're in business doing?

Let me know the day you finally manage to break it because honestly he's got that shit down to a fine art. [ honestly, the fact that zulius has managed to chip it away at it enough that he has seen his brother actually rattled is a miracle in itself. ]
