After the last few weeks, Danny had been thinking about a lot of things.  And one of them was a promise he'd made to come by.

He knocks lightly on the door.

:"Hey, is this a bad time?"

Will answers the door on hearing the knock. He smiles when he sees Danny on the other side.

"Nah, now's as good a time as any. C'mon in," he says. The demigod opens the door wider for the older teen to step through, and will close the door behind him.

For a single teen living in an apartment, the place is surprisingly spotless. There's not much personalization here yet, but Will's done the best he can with what he has to make it feel like home.

"How're you holding up?" He makes a vague gesture. "After all that from last week, I mean."

The half-ghost looks around as he steps in and shrugs at the question.

"All right? I guess as much as you can. Kind of feels like I didn't do enough, if you know what I mean."

He hadn't gone to the tree, since Danny was honest with himself about his own ability. He had the power to help, but he definitely didn't have the experience or skills, so he'd figured he would just make it worse.

But that didn't make the part of him that wanted to help feel any better about it.

Will has a sympathetic expression on his face.

"Yeah, I can definitely understand that feeling. I've felt that before." It's... something he's working on. "Take a seat wherever you like. I need to grab a chart real fast."

He walks out to the spare bedroom that he's repurposed into as much of a patient's room as he can. Will pulls out a clipboard, pen, and empty forms before coming back out. With a smile, he takes a seat near Danny.

"Okay, so I've got some questions first before I take a look at your vitals. All your info's gonna be under lock and key. I take privacy protection very seriously."

Danny lets out a sigh of relief.

"Thanks. I was a little worried about that." Some of the larger concerns of being maybe not human anymore hadn't hit him until recently. But with the recent change in people starting to see his ghost side, he'd started to worry about how safe it would be for him to go to a normal doctor now,

"Go ahead."
