[Labyrinth]

[She was back in the Garden - which was giant and mazelike around, so now that it's a Labyrinth, Spinel doesn't notice. What was once a beautiful garden filled with flowers and plants is now run-down, decrepit, and well... abandoned for 6,000 years. The sky is all wrong too, but Spinel barely registers it.

Spinel blinks slowly - didn't she just leave the place? Yeah, she did... she left with Steven?]

Steven...?

[Her voice is small and quiet, like a lost child. She looks around for him, slowly at first - and then desperately.]

Steven! Steven!!

[She sinks down to her knees. He abandoned her too, didn't he? That's what always happens to her - they always leave her! She lets out a yell, and goes to stretch her arms to smash a nearby statue out of frustration - only to find her arms don't stretch quite that long. What - what happened? Her powers...]

What's happening to me...?

[She doesn't even realize it's a maze. She doesn't bother leaving her spot to find a way out. Why should she? No one's coming to get her. Without realizing it, there's tears pouring down her face.]

[City]

[Whether someone comes and finds her or she eventually finds a way out on her own, Spinel is in the city now. The Injector is gone. She doesn't even recognize where she is...?

She ends up in a coffee shop, taking in the strange smells and sounds. She'll sit down in a spot far away from everyone else, looking awkward and alone.]

[Another day at work, another person from another world pops up in his cafe looking lost. Something about this place sure seems to lure them. But at least he's pretty sure this one isn't a Madrigal...

He'll approach]

Is there anything I can get for you?

[bendyandthepinkmachine]

[She tenses up immediately as he walks over and talks to her. She doesn't even look him in the eyes as she mutters an answer.]

Anything you can get me...?

[...]

No. No there's not.

[whiteshroud]

[ohhhh dear. She does not seem like she's in a good state]

Are you sure? Are you thirsty or hungry?

[bendyandthepinkmachine]

[Spinel shakes her head.]

I don't... get hungry or thirsty. I'm a gem, I don't gotta eat anything.

[She can, but she doesn't need to.]

[whiteshroud]

A gem?

[That's a new one. He had a feeling she wasn't human from the fact she's super pink, but still.]

Yeah, a gem!

[Her attitude shifts, a little more angrier. She taps the upside-down heart shape gem on her chest.]

... What, haven't you heard of a gem before? Aren't they your "precious heroes of the universe"?

[whiteshroud]

[mmm, ok. getting the vibe that there's baggage going on here with that attitude change there]

No, not really.

This universe is different from yours. It's just humans on this world.

[bendyandthepinkmachine]

[Oh god there's so much baggage. No storage space is enough for how much baggage there is.]

Wha - just... humans? No gems?

[whiteshroud]

I'm afraid not.

The only gems I know about are the shiny stones people like to put in jewelry.

[Okay first off that sounds kind of messed up??]

That - that doesn't make any sense! How can I be your world's ONLY gem?!

[whiteshroud]

[Gurl your diamond kept a human zoo don't even]

It's just how this Earth is.

[But it sure adds to the theory there are multiple Earths...]

Is it different on the Earth you know?

City

[ Luisa wasn't sure what to think about the coffee here. She didn't quite like the taste of it compared to what she is used to back home, and at times it could be so overly sweet depending on the people making it. Somehow she finds herself back in one of the coffee shops, though, trying to decide if she wanted to get one.

When she enters the shop, though, she can't help noticing Spinel off in the corner. At first it was because of her rather colorful appearance, but the longer she looked the more she realized that the figure looked rather...lonely.

And maybe it wasn't really her place to say anything, and she was generally bad at making small talk. But she just looked so sad, that Luisa found herself slowly approaching the table she was at. ]

Hey, uh...are you okay?

[ She was very clearly not okay, but Luisa had to start with something. ]

Am I… okay?

[She lets out a strangled, bitter laugh. There’s a flash of a hurt look in her eyes, and a smile that isn’t really a smile crosses her face.]

Well, sure! I’m just a huge joke to everyone! Go on, laugh! Just-

[The harshness of her voice drops, and she’s back to looking utterly miserable.]

Ah, what’s even the point….

[ Luisa hesitates, because she is very much out of her depth here. Feeling a little awkward, she carefully slides into the seat across from Spinel. ]

I'm...guessing you just arrived here, huh?

[bendyandthepinkmachine]

[Spinel watches her sit down with the wariness of a feral cat.]

I guess… you could say that?

[Someone did mention their universes are different, but she doesn’t understand.]

I’ve been to Earth before, but this Earth is… different?

[neverbreaks]

Yeah, I don't...entirely get it either? [ Luisa shrugs. ] I come from a place called Earth, but this is definitely different from what I'm used to. Something about... [ What was it again? ] An alternate reality?

How’d I end up in an alternate reality? I was in Pink’s garden - but the sky was all wrong and the warp pad didn’t work.

[neverbreaks]

[ She isn't sure who Pink is, but the sky being wrong made her wonder. ] When you said the sky was wrong...did something happen? Did it maybe pull you in, or something?

It had cracks in it? Nothing I’ve seen on Earth, or Homeworld.

And I knew Pink’s garden, but for some reason I couldn’t find my way out for a looong time!

[ Cracks? That did sound a bit weird. No one else has mentioned anything like that before. ]

When were you finally able to find your way out?

[bendyandthepinkmachine]

Well it didn't take me 6,000 years that's for sure! [She lets out a bitter laugh, slapping her knee.] I don't know how long it took me, I was wandering in there for a while I guess...

[ ...6,000 years? ]

Um...and when you got out, did you end up here?

[bendyandthepinkmachine]

[Yep! 6,000 years! Spinel's attitude turns a little more dejected.]

Yeah, I guess? It was a big human city. And then I walked in here.

[neverbreaks]

Hmm... [ So it sounded like that garden lead directly here. So... ] I think that garden was actually a maze. I guess people who arrive here end up in a maze first, one that somehow relates to them, but the maze leads them out to this city.
