[We're now well into September, with characters having ample opportunity to visit the Great Library. However no matter how you were going about your morning, your phone will give a blaring alert sound, indicating a new Zodiac post. As usual, the alert will sound even if you have your phone turned off or on silent, and will take over your phone until you read and comment to the message. The post begins like the previous one had, with notifications of peoples coming and goings]

It sure has been an interesting month, hasn't it? We never thought we'd get a chance to visit the Great Library of Alexandria, what an exciting opportunity! We hope you all find time to check out the Spirit Realm this month, it really is an experience that anyone who love art and learning wouldn't want to miss!

Now for announcements, we have read through your comments on the last network post, and we understand that many of you were unhappy with the news. Please understand, reaching the conclusion we did was no easy decision. We apologize for any upset the truth may have caused. However, we will continue our commitment to transparency! So now that we've obtained permission from the Black Order to disclose the following information, we will share it with you:

There are many of you that have been experiencing memories from another life, as you all know. As it turns out, these are in fact memories from past lives that took place in other worlds or alternate dimensions. However, those lives or those worlds ended in some fashion, which led you to be reincarnated into this world.

In truth, this has been the case for a long time! Lots of people in this world had a past life in another world. The popular theory is that this world is a sorts of refuge for remnants from places that are no more. However, 99.99% of people never regain memories of their past lives. While there are cases of it happening in the past, it used to be an extremely rare occurrence! It's only recently in Kaisou did it start occurring at a higher frequency. We're still looking into why, as it may be connected to what's causing the increased Spirit Vein activity. We're also not sure why this causes appearances to change or the gaining of abilities, the Black Order were unwilling to answer our questions about that.

So... if lots of people here are reincarnations, what do you think are the odds of other people from our past lives being here somewhere and also remembering? I'm asking because past me was a superhero, apparently. I don't really think I want an encounter with his enemies.

Well, given that Eorzea is most certainly still around and yet we have at least two people who are regaining memories of it here, we can debunk that theory of these memories being from worlds that are no more. Does anyone here bother to check their research at all, or is it just "spout whatever nonsense will get the most people upset"?

A lot of what I've remembered so far points to people REALLY not liking her, and by "people" I mean "almost everybody ever". [Those memories include at least one actual murder attempt, so it's not unreasonable to think there might have been more attempts, and also not unreasonable to assume, given what Zodiac's saying here, that somebody was eventually successful.]
