Hey everyone! I hope you're having a great summer. I'm pretty done with this hot weather myself, but at least the beach vacation was nice! Well.....part of it, anyway.

Anyway, so I wanted to ask about something. How many of you have been getting unusual memories you can't explain? And if you have, have you noticed any pattern to how they're triggered?

I don't think my life in this world is fake or anything like that, but I have to admit I am curious about what these memories mean, so I'd like to know if there's a way to trigger them more.

Past lives or, I dunno, we have all the isekais right? So other worlds are a thing?

Yeah, they are. I know a fair amount of them.

I've heard some of them think our memories have been tampered with...but I don't think that's accurate either.

If that were the case, we'd be forgetting stuff here and now I think.

[At least that's how it works in fiction.]

But between the gates, the people from Not This Earth...I dunno, makes as much sense as anything else.

Yeah, exactly. And we have basically rock solid alibis explaining what we were doing all our lives.

But I suppose so. [...] My memories doesn't seem to be from Earth, but the old school dormitory was in the Land of the Forgotten. Isn't that a little strange?

And you're sure that dorm's not from Earth? I mean, I'm getting fucking demons and shit all the damn time, but it's still Earth. Just a weirder Earth. Somehow.

Well, have you ever heard of a country called Erebonia?

Yeah, I'd say that's safe to say. I've tried looking into information about the place every time my memories gives me a location, but so far I haven't found solid connection to anywhere that exists in this world.

Far as I can tell, they're triggered by experiencing similar things.
Back in May's realm a couple of us found out the ruins could trigger them if we explored ones we'd seen in memories.
But other than that I haven't been able to trigger any on purpose.
Guess it could be possible to figure out what might trigger them as we learn more about these other versions of us though.

I remember that realm. My friend and I found some ruins that related to our memories too.

Doing something similar might be difficult for me though. My memories seems to be about a student in high school, and I graduated years ago.

The similarities don't have to be exact.
Like I was petting a shadow bird and remembered fighting a bird guy who also had a shadow bird.

[Most of his memories... he's not going to share. But that one is fine.]

It could be past lives.
Could be another world.
Could be both.
The places I've seen there don't line up with anything here.

Right. My memories don't line up with anything in this world either.
If you had to side with a theory, which one would you choose?
The past lives or the other world theories.

Personally, I think it's both.
I think we lived these lives.
But not here.

Considering that realm in May was a type of realm for the afterlife.
I think past life seems to be the most logical explanation.
As dark as that sounds.

Speaking of which, have you noticed any physical changes that line up with the memories you've been seeing?

I'm sorry to hear that.

No physical changes for me, but that's to be expected from photos I've seen.
I have seen other people getting changes though.

Maybe it's the name of some ancient something...then again, if there's dorms I doubt that.

Yeah, I got nothing. Past life in another world is about it.
