Luz knew that for sure: heck, even Eda could make mistakes, and she was more lenient on her than her own mother ever was. It didn't mean she made more or less mistakes, just different ones.

"Alberto says things that give him away," Luz admitted. "I just thought it'd be mean if I started pointing out every single time he said something that made me think he wasn't human. It would just make him stick to his guns more, so I just let it go. I figure he'd tell me when he felt comfortable. Personally, I've seen SO many different creatures and demons at this point it would be really hard to get me freaked out by anything. If anything, I'm more curious than scared!"

Luca, likewise, could tell people when HE felt ready.
