"Great. So much for that hope."

Danny blinks. "Wait, so everyone in your family has powers? Wow, your family reunions must get crazy."

Something sounded a little off about that, but Danny couldn't put a finger on it.

He shrugs.

"This is only the second one I heard of. And last time I didn't go because I figured I wouldn't be any help."

He still didn't think he'd be of much help. But with all of his friends being affected, he'd felt like he had to try.
