[It's been a few weeks now since they returned home from that strange fairy world where Xingqiu had dragged a delirious Chongyun back. It hadn't been a pleasant time for Xingqiu thinking that Chongyun had completely lost his mind when talking about strange places he's never heard of and refusing to go home with him.
And honestly, it is still leaving a sour taste in Xingqiu's mouth. Sure, he knows of the oddities happening around the city, the gates, the changes, and how people seemingly have other lives they've plain forgotten about. But for Chongyun to treat him like he was the one who was speaking nonsense? It's ridiculous.
... Isn't it?
Xingqiu sits on his bed with his now long dark hair tied nearly up and resting over one shoulder. In his hand is a small little trinket that looks somehow familiar. It makes something deep in his heart feel like it's stretching and aching. His fingers curl around the little woven tassel and he holds it close.
Well. Chongyun will be here soon for their usual evening hang out anyway so maybe Xingqiu should bring it up again.]

[The fae realms situation felt like a fever dream that Chongyun had tried his best to forget about. In his opinion, the only good thing that came from it is that he knows how to meditate properly now. Books had nothing on the sudden knowledge on how to do it correctly.
The whole incident to him was just some weird Kaisou-influenced-by-Libra thing. That's all there was to it. There were more important things to focus on, like the ever looming finals. He's hoping Xingqiu won't mind too much that he's bringing some notes for classes he needs to go over... or the tassel he has in his pocket since receiving it. Since receiving it, it's not something he goes anywhere without, far too important to be left in a drawer at home.
He rings the doorbell to his friends place as he laments the fact that summer was ever closer. No more crisp, cold nights. It would be sweat soaked evenings for months soon.]

My advisor thinks I should look at calligraphy lessons. Not just for learning how to write neatly, but to be able to read some of the older documents and books. You could take that one with me if you want to work on your handwriting.
