Uh, explanations please? First this weird app showed up on my phone. And then I was setting up my telescope and what just happened to the sky? Because I'm pretty sure I would have noticed if it looked like that before.

I know this app is supposed to be a meeting place where people who noticed the supernatural occurrences happening in this city. There is also an organization called the Zodiac that is setting all of this up but we don't really know much about them.

As for the lights, I'm not sure. I always saw them in the sky as I never lived here. I came from another world.
