Naturally, I will be putting forth my skillset as a botanist, mycologist, and ranger in order to win this competition.

In the interest of everyone's safety, please contact me right away if you need a field guide to mushrooms. There are some very close look-alikes, and competition or not, I would prefer you all not poison yourselves due to your own hubris.

That's correct--while it does not specifically cover the Kaisou jungles, it is quite comprehensive and details all known mushrooms I've encountered in my field research. There's even a foreward with how to inspect a mushroom you aren't sure of to be positive it is safe to eat compared to its deadly look alikes.

If you want, I can get you a copy to go over before the competition.

There is nothing to worry about, Hermes. He is still here--I have been working with him the past few days at the Vogue, and I have noticed no difference. In fact, he has been the same as always. Hyperactive and upbeat.
