Good afternoon, everyone. 'Tis Kesi Takame. I am here to report what prophecies I have seen this month and grant the opportunity for my fellow seers to do the same. [Two years of this and he's still comically stiff...]

What I can say as a relief is that nothing I personally have seen will ring in any danger. Though I confess, I cannot say for entirely certain...

[Weirdly, Takame's tail is visible on the feed. It is not thumping it's just kinda sticking out. He keeps glancing at it every so often with that same mild confusion and eventually just set it in his lap.]

I saw in my dream... a man at a lighthouse, standing as a watchman of sorts. Peculiarly, it was the very lighthouse that is in Kaisou Harbor. It was a tall man with light eyes, dark clothing and long hair that became lighter towards the end and an presence of light and shadow. I am afraid my prophetic dreams do not show in clear color, so I cannot say much more.

I am certain I saw a man matching that description within Meropide recently... but I do not know him. Perhaps someone else will?

Tonight when I looked up at the moon I got flashes of a man with blue hair and a lantern in front of a lighthouse. But there was something unusual about him, I can’t quite put my finger on what but definitely something not human. I believe possibly the same man you saw.
