[We've reached the second half of January. The weather continues to be bitterly cold, especially for those who just came back from warm, warm Spain. Though many may be distracted, as the Rescue March operation is underway. Everyone's devices will emit a soothing wind chime sound as a new Zodiac post appears. The chime will sound even if you have your phone turned off or on silent, and will not stop until you read their message and comment to it.]

I was hoping to get away with not posting anything, but Janet snitched. Ugh. Feels like she's in a worse mood than usual since some of our coworkers got to go to Spain. It's not like I went, why is she taking it out on me?

Whatever.

There's been reports of weird crystal formations appearing in the Kanto Realm- or Tera Crystals I guess. Don't touch them if you don't want to be dragged into a pocket dimension with a pissed off big pokemon. Only Pokemon abilities seem to work in them. Just looking at these things give me a stress I can't explain, so I'm staying away from them. But I'm sure you guys won't leave them alone.

Also good luck to everyone off to recover that girl from the Spirit Realm. Zodiac is keeping an eye on the situation in case it turns into another "black hole on the edge of town", but we'll probably stay out of the way. Contact our main office number if you need any assistance or want to get hooked up with a therapist after whatever happens in there. Stay safe, I guess.

[Lighter hasn't come back yet. Harumasa can certainly empathize with Hugo on the situation. He's been handling it himself as best he can, but some of his own anxiety is starting to show at home when he lets his guard down. The thoughts Harumasa's been steadfastly trying to keep away are starting to gnaw deeper into his heart.

Maybe something bad has happened to him. Maybe Lighter's in trouble. Maybe he won't come back.

Maybe it's my fault again. I'm too sick and it's too hard for Lighter.]

I haven't seen him around the Meropide yet. My contacts in Europe and on the East Coast haven't seen him, either, but... I dunno. I can't explain it, but I feel like he didn't leave the country. Gut feeling, I guess.
