[As June comes to an end, so comes the heavy rains and thunder that indicates the arrival of the water element month. You can't see the spirit vein through the thick clouds and deluge of water, but it's shifted into shades of blues. Everyone's devices will emit a soothing wind chime sound as a new Zodiac post appears. The chime will sound even if you have your phone turned off or on silent, and will not stop until you read their messsage and comment to it.]

Hello and thank you for using the Libra app.

Happy July everyone! I hope everyone had a wonderful Pride season and a good summer so far! I myself had a wonderful month, as I decided to take some time off - which is the real reason for my absence! [It was not, she was in the office every day] All and all, I'd say it was a wonderful start to the summer!

Anyway, enough about me- time for some announcements! The Kaisou Anime Convention will be happening at the Civic Center this weekend! The convention will be taking place every weekend, and there will be several family friendly panels sponsored by Zodiac- so dress up like your favorite ninjas and animes and check it out!

Also, this friday please come check out the firework show in Blue Fish Park! Zodiac is one of the many sponsors and we're excited to light up the night sky for the holiday! Please don't let the weather forecasts of heavy downpours all weekend be enough to discourage you! You gotta try to think positive after all!

[ most people would find that intimidating it, concerning even, but Mollymauk Tealeaf? he is the sort of man who would walk into the fires of hell just for the sheer thrill of it. hair stands on end, an instinctual recognition of the predator before him, but all Mollymauk can do is grin. his own red eyes shining almost feverishly for a brief moment.

he shouldn't flirt with danger, he really should, but the thrill is like no other. ]

You're making be terribly curious about what you're like without the manners, Lycaon. [ he takes another drink from his glass, cool liquid sliding down his throat as the warmth from the alcohol spreads across his limbs. ] Maybe you can show me someday, try to sate my wild curiosity.

[ there is something about a seemingly put together person throwing off the chains and going buck wild that has fascinated him, as if he looks hard enough he might find something comforting and familiar within them. whatever it is, he has never found it.

Molly gives the other a smile and a wink then, raising the glass in a half-hearted toast. ]

Very much so. It's a simple drink ingredients wise but that doesn't make it easy. Not everyone can get the measurements as perfect as you.

[He can't really blame people for assuming he's prudeish, or too old-fashioned. He does give off that air with the way he misses cues, or the nonchalant way he tends to brush off romantic advances. He sees it more as recognizing those wolf-like urges and channeling them to be more in his control.

But when he needs to be aggressive or territorial...he will be.

His voice, despite having such a gentlemanly disposition, does have a noticeable growl underneath his words as he talks. ]

Persistant, I'll give you that. Wolves are not as overly ambitious as foxes, nor as clumsy as bears. They thrill in the hunt, as its a part of what they are, but they have the patience to wait for the right moment. The ultimate apex predator.

[Lycaon may be a bit prideful about it...He smiles, sipping his tea again.] Perhaps. If you can break the chains that bind the beast.

[If Molly listens closely, he might be able to hear a soft tapping sound of Lycaon's tail wagging, hitting the back of the counter with each pass.]

And how was the temperature? I admit that I am still learning the finer parts of it.

[ the chase is half the fun, isn't it? that is something that Molly can understand and agree with. the anticipation so electrifying that it is addictive, a rush that spreads through his limbs like the alcohol that courses through his veins. it's enough to make him consider slowing down for the moment and enjoy the rush of it all.

the free drink is a good start.

Molly hums thoughtfully, head tilting to the side with jingle of chains, lazily tracing the rim of his glass with a single finger. ]

Is that a challenge? [ it is a dangerous thing to place fire in front of a man who plays with it unreservedly. ] Maybe I will take you up on that some day soon.

[ he hears the soft tapping sound, the tail hitting the back of the counter in a manner more befitting a dog than the apex predator he claims to be. Molly can't help the chuckle that leaves his lips as he brings his glass up to his mouth once again, his gaze unmoving from Lycaon as he drinks. ]

It's good. You'll be an expert in your craft soon enough.

[That wagging tail of his is the bane of his existence. Surely you just imagined it. It certainly wasn't wagging.]

A challenge. ...Hm. [A smile.] I look forward to your effort.

[He tilts his head to the side, ears flicking. He sure wasn't going to stop Molly from trying. In a way, it's a bit nostalgic to have this sort of playful banter again, not loaded down with bitter poison under their tongues.]

Not that I think you can best me. [He just threw sawdust on that fire.] If you do manage to break the chains, you have another problem.

[He walks back out from the counter, as he's not technically ON the clock and moves to take a seat next to Molly himself, the clicking of his prosthetic legs sounding against the flooring.]

It's been awhile since I've sat and had a drink with someone.
