Happy July everyone! I hope everyone had a wonderful Pride season and a good summer so far! I myself had a wonderful month, as I decided to take some time off - which is the real reason for my absence! [It was not, she was in the office every day] All and all, I'd say it was a wonderful start to the summer!

Anyway, enough about me- time for some announcements! The Kaisou Anime Convention will be happening at the Civic Center this weekend! The convention will be taking place every weekend, and there will be several family friendly panels sponsored by Zodiac- so dress up like your favorite ninjas and animes and check it out!

Also, this friday please come check out the firework show in Blue Fish Park! Zodiac is one of the many sponsors and we're excited to light up the night sky for the holiday! Please don't let the weather forecasts of heavy downpours all weekend be enough to discourage you! You gotta try to think positive after all!

like waywayway back when chris colhorrible was doin his thing killing people and callin this side of the world india or w/e he was doing he found indigenous people uhhhhhhh the taíno i think?? cookin meat like they always had and he was like HOLY CRAP WHAT bc it was open fire and lots of meat and reallyREALLY good like soooo good he stole it and brought it up north where he was like hell yeah look what i found its called barbacoa but he sucked at speaking and so did every white guy with him so people were like barbecue??? i guess so sure but SOME people still call it barbacoa BUTTTTTTTTTTT
the real important part is that cowboys started to want something to eat while they were cattle driving that wasnt just stale moldy bread and horrible beans so they started learning from older cultures either already in the US or brought over BY people like chris columb in order to learn how to cook while out in the middle of nowhere no no kitchen or real tools and THATS how cookouts started in the US really bc people LOVE cowboys i actually have some old pans from the 1800s that were used BY cowboys for some of the first cookouts theyd have when meeting up with other cowboys at ranches or going home and spreading how to DO the cookout part of things bc u kno flame grilled meat is the BEST

Everything is grillable if you're brave enough, but not everything that's grillable is delicious. Also, store bought food is fine for sides, it's enough that you thought to bring something.

I agree. There are many different styles to making burgers, and most of them are delicious. But an overcooked and dry burger is not very good.
