He's a Pokemon! Species-wise, he's called a Clodsire. He's basically just like, a big muddy, kinda poisonous salamander. All my past self's memories of how to handle 'im are coming back real quick, thankfully.

Probably wouldn't hurt to have 'em on hand, honestly. The ones I found earlier are a bit too nice for handling the big guy.

[The Clodsire nudges himself into Rika's lap and Rika starts petting him with a smile.]

This big guy's called a Clodsire.

[ Ori repeats that, her smile brightening as she watches the Pokemon nudge his way onto Rika's lap. It's been an exhausting few weeks, but this has perked her right up. ]

Well, I'm glad I got to see him, he's so cute! I hope I can meet him in person soon.

Yeah, I hope so too-- Actually! I should bring you over here sometime soon. I actually moved pretty recently. My cousin's moving out of town and he's letting me rent his old place for cheap.
