[Jusis has been lying low since the raids happened, and has been making frequent visits to the Fortress of Meropide to check some things out. Now, though, he's ready to make a public appearance as one of the seers behind the prophecy posts. He's currently outside the Crystal Tower, looking as severe as he always does.]

For those new here, my name is Jusis Albarea. I'm a prosecuting attorney and I've been the Guardian assigned to Kaisou since January 2023. And... since April 2023, I've developed my own power to see the future. I've been contributing to the prophecy post anonymously since then in an effort to not allow The Black Order to know that I have this ability.

[Now, though, it doesn't matter anymore since he's about to take the fight to The Order.]

Without further ado, I will describe all the visions we have received as well as an explanation for the attacks this month.

August's Tarot card has revealed The Death in the upright position, indicating that change is about to happen. It will be perilous, however, so we should not discount the literal meaning behind the card as well. Nito described a building that matches what those assigned to the Azhdaha Mission said Asgard looked like, and I heard music that I was told was "Megalovania." Some kind of 'boss music.'

Takame described a pair of glowing, ethereal wings made of light; Caesar's warned of a library where all the books had eyes on them and were watching us; Wolfwood saw a large, intricately designed lance; Jinwoo was given an image of three dragons spiraling together to form a large circle in a blood red sky; and, lastly, Cotton knitted... well, this on a sweater:

Now... the raids that happened this month, as well as the attack from the Fortress of Meropide, have all been because my team and I have been planning a rebellion since the beginning of this year. Many of us in The Order have been coerced into joining, and others are beyond reason in their loyalty to The Order's cause. My goal is to change The Black Order from the ground up, but I'm going to need your help to pull it off. Even with all the people I can call in to help with the rebellion from within The Order, it won't be enough to overthrow the Unyielding. ...Especially if one of the Unyielding is the person I'm thinking of from my past life.

If you are willing to help in the rebellion, I will gladly have you.

I've only met them a few times, but I can confidently say that many of these are portents of the Unyielding themselves. I didn't expect anything else. We will be bringing the fight to them, after all.

I appreciate the work everyone did to liberate my fortress, and I plan to put a lot of my energy into fixing it and making it for use for anyone who needs it in the city. You and the others fighting against your higher-ups included.

I've been going through some of the stuff in my office with Waver, and I've come to the easy conclusion that this whole organization, while important in a way to keep your world safe who would abuse the magic and travel between worlds--they've been going about it in a tough, unkind matter that... it's surprising the organization hasn't eaten itself from the feet up already.

That being said.
It wouldn't be my first time taking over a corrupt system and refurbishing it into something better, with a real future.
So I wanted to offer--while I'm not sure how good a fighter I'll be on the front lines, whatever happens in the coming months, I'm willing to help you with fixing the Order once you've cut off the rotting head.

Even if I'm not part of this world. I'd like to think I'd still make better decisions than those currently in charge.
