WHAT: Well, Jusis got a concerning message and now he's opening up an investigation.
WARNINGS: Discussions of murder!
[God, this is spiraling out of control in a way even a toddler could predict. Jusis had been staring at the message he received from The Black Order as he tried to figure out what the fuck he's going to do, let alone say to the network at large.
Last chance, huh. Then he'd best make the most of it.
When the video comes on, he looks serious. He's no longer dressed as a lawyer, but in his Black Order uniform.]
I've been assigned personally to investigate the case of Guardian Teresa Hathorne's death by The Order. As such, I will be acting in an official capacity as Guardian Albarea.
[Meaning that he has to do this regardless of how he personally feels about it. Jusis has to be professional and take this seriously, at least until he can figure out what, exactly, he's going to do.]
I have already taken over the mundane investigation into her death. I can't give specifics on the case and neither can I tell you what phase we are currently at. However, any witness statements or tips can be sent to myself, Guardian Ayato, or Guardian Kennedy either with your name attached or anonymously.
While The Order takes compliance extremely seriously and will take all statements made on the Libra app with just as much weight, understand that we will be treating you with dignity and with as much rights as is possible given the circumstances. The Order has the reputation it does for a reason. Please, do not give me cause to put that reputation to the proof.
