[It's been absolutely god-awful and even Zulius can see the dark cloud Teresa has cast upon the city- especially the Black Order members. He may not be the Order's biggest fan, but he cares a lot about a good deal of the people trapped in it. This isn't just for them, of course, but it might help...ease things a little.]
