[The clicking clacking of a shoebill beak was the first indication of something Off, the funny shaped dinosaur clearly having gotten a hold of someone's phone. Then what followed were some tired indistinct mumblings, the sound of a bird being shoved like a disagreeable cat and the half-awake fumbling of one trying to relearn how to function in the morning.]

[The audio cut out, and after a minute or two came back to a video of Scintilla clearly having just woken up--no glasses, a fearsome bedhead, and a wildly befuddled look on her face.]

What, uh...s' it still Starlight or did I miss anythin'? No more demon attacks or nothin? 'Cause let me tell ya, I've been dealin' with some shite.

The last I recall from my own experience is having returned from Ultima Thule for a few weeks. However, I am aware from what Rhel spoke of in the past that at some point there was an encounter with some of the Twelve. I am also aware that at some point we will meet Zero, though that knowledge is entirely second hand.

We met her in th' Thirteenth, while we were lookin' for Vrtra's sister. You remember how Zenos had that voidsent with 'im, bein' a reaper an' all?

Well, that was...kind of her. She was a native of th' Thirteenth 'fore it fell t' darkness, just like any other voidsent. When we met, she sort of turned from that into the Hyuran woman she looked like here. Weird crystal shite, y'know?

Point is, her neck'f the woods so to speak was havin' trouble with what they called archfiends, and the fella in charge of th' four of 'em had Vrtra's sister. So...yeah, that sort of became our problem right quick.
