I'm unsure of all the details of what is going on in the city, but it seems that whatever is causing it doesn't reach the cottage... Vash thinks it's the mint plants...

We have plenty of room to set up places to stay until things calm down. There's a portal to get here at Blue Fish Park, but if you need assistance, I can come help you in my dragon form, just let me know. I'm sure Vash will also help, but I won't volunteer Nicholas... he's not a fan of people doing that.

She's not really...used to people trying to get to know her better. The other Idols kept their fearful distance for millennia. Even more so after she dispatched Hades. They treated her like an unexploded bomb, which, while admittedly was fair was rather isolating. Grace and Freddie have been obnoxiously friendly, but even now the Idols made themselves public, mortals shrink from her.

She's not sure if she likes it or not. Fear is power, naturally, but maybe she'd just like a conversation from time to time? Wow. ]

Ah yes. I did not enter. It was La Muerte's realm, not my Underworld. As much as I would be curious to meet another death goddess, I was not about to go into her kingdom uninvited.
