Hello. Thank you for using the Libra App.

Before anyone asks, yes we've noticed the sudden surge of isekais too. According to our observations, one of those cracks in the Spirit Vein during the last full moon decided to make itself less of a crack and more of a chasm. Is that worrying? Probably. Do we have a ready-to-go solution for how to fix it? No, we don't. We're pretty stumped. If you guys can think of something, we'd love to hear it.

As for you new Isekais, sorry you got stuck in this world. You can contact Zodiac if you want free housing or us to make some fake documentation so you can get jobs and go to school.

Oh, and I got asked to remind you guys don't take anything out of the Great Library. At best you'll get cursed by the Muses, and at worst you'll erase someone's entire existence from the fabric of the universe. Just don't do it.

the increase of more people like that is super concerning...

i had a friend in the city
he was a lonely man who was afraid of making friends
acted like the world was against him, or that if he trusted anyone, theyd only betray him
it was my sort of personal quest to make sure he learnt that was wrong
i met ... someone who knew him very well
and promised them id protect him, and his heart


and then he disappeared without a trace.

i just hope he got home okay
and i hope he can learn to be happy.

Oh dear. I’m not sure how to react to this other than hoping that Zodiac will find a good solution in the end, even if it takes years to get there.

And I could wish the same for many of my family who had been here as well. I only have my Tía with me and I am starting to be scared of losing her again.

(Isabela was tempted to take her Abuelo’s file/book out of Alexandria but she was able to prevent it from unwittingly wiping off Pedro’s existence altogether and angering the Muses. She can’t imagine a timeline where her grandparents would have never been able to meet each other and started the whole Madrigal line altogether.)

Years to get there is better than a solution that may never come.

I know there has to be some way back; given the disappearances of some friends and family others have, like myself, but. It seems sporadic, unreliable.

I really hope you aren't left alone.

In this case I think it's because it had been damaged from something somebody did it before, and the damage is just getting worse. Not something that's just happening on its own.

But if there isn't a way to repair it then I guess things could get pretty bad yeah.

It's a shame that we're dealing with rather intangible forces here. If the Spirit Veins were physical structures, I'd have a lot more to say about preventing further damage or repairing what's already been done. Shoring up a crumbling foundation, so to speak.

As it stands, fixing this falls outside my particular specialty. Sorry.

Never say never. The growing amount of isekais increases the possibility of covering a wider area of expertise.

If we could find a way to see whatever metrics Zodiac uses to measure Spirit Vein activity over time, we might be able to chart a level of progression and predict future fluctuations, as a starting point. Can't work to fix a problem without that basic level of data.
