So [snort] so Professor Velvet and I were heading to the Zodiac offices and then the gate, yeah? And then [snicker] the other Professor, the weird puppet looking one, comes up to us--or really, Waver--and starts going on about how ENKI, the undertown magic school, is going to have to close because the guy in charge got eaten or something, I wasn't paying too much attention. And Waver asks "why are you telling me" and the other Professor--[snickering]--the other Professor goes "we share a name, so you must want to help as much as I do!"

[August has to hold the phone away so he can break down into giggles. Give him a moment, he'll be fine.]

A-anyway, ENKI used to teach a bunch of short courses on basic magic stuff, and though it was only open for like a year or so a lot of people in Undertown liked it and used it for things they didn't know but needed to learn. I think a lot of us on the app used it at least once, too. So while I dunno about [snicker] our professor, I wanna try and do something so there's still...something here.

Regrettably I can't ignore the request--both being an actual professor of magecraft and because an actual modernized school of the concept is perhaps the legitimate ideal I would all but kill to be able to see realized.

However, this isn't a matter as simple as signing on and having everything solved. There are a considerable amount of material and financial resources that go into a facility like this, and I don't know about the rest if you but I'm pretty certain we're not operating on the budget of the Clock Tower here.

So, in short, opening the floor to suggestions.

Well I don't have much in the way to pay for a school...but if any of your classes end up being music related, I could donate some instruments!

Teaching wise, I probably couldn't commit to anything more than a seminar once and awhile, with my schedule.

As far as scheduling, this might be a completely insane undertaking on my part now that I think about the idea. Already too late to back down, so might as well see what comes of it.

Which is to say, do whatever you're able to if and when you're able to. Can't ask much more than that.

While financially I can't promise much, I wouldn't mind volunteering to host a workshop for good habits to get into for better mental health. Such as coping with stress. Unfortunately, I think I only have time to run it during the summer.

I can only offer a summer workshop on life skills and how to properly file taxes, personally. This could be separated for those from other worlds to have a more expanded lesson, such as how American healthcare works.

Anyway. I'm not great at magic by a long shot, but I am kind of trying to become a teacher, so if there's any kind of... I guess "more basic" lessons that need teaching, I could probably lend a hand.
