So I've been informed, on no uncertain terms, by everyone in my family, that they're coming up for my graduation in the spring and that we're having another Villareal Celebration. For those of who you don't know what that means, it means I'm inviting everyone not a raging asshole to my place sometime in April because holy shit my aunts both cook enough to feed a literal fucking army.

[A pause as he grabs more paper for the wards.]

And with Mom back in the picture, that's tripled. Apparently. And yes, this means you Order guys and the POKEGO duo. So yeah, this is a "anybody gonna wanna help with that in a couple of months" post, and I'm asking now so I know how many days I'm gonna need to take off for cleaning and shit.

[Muttered as he reaches over to shut the camera off:] Always during con season...

Yeah when I moved out of my dorm and into my rental after freshman year, people were so upset. I still had them coming by until they all learned to cook.

Man, I wish high schools and maybe freshman classes would teach people how to cook. I'm not the greatest unless it's convenience food.

I decide to check out the crafter's club early my freshman year because hey networking and hearing about cheap cloth is always good. I go to a couple of meetings, and the entire time the president is going on about how you should really only get this really expensive yarn or cloth or whatever, that the big box cheaper craft stores aren't worth the name, all that shit. I say it's good for beginners and even now I'll get shit from there since I don't always need the most expensive shit.

[A beat.]

They said "no real, serious crafter would use that stuff" and that I should be ashamed to have a tailoring business with that mindset. I got mad. Called a them a few names.

[Another beat.]

They got removed from the club for physically assaulting me, but the new president said that I really shouldn't try and go back.

Yeah, say that around my aunts. You'll have lessons.

I understand the feeling though. You get those types in art class. They're annoying.
