Man, did Danny sympathize with that. He nods in solidarity with that.

"It's a lot. But maybe... I try to think about it is that maybe its because this world hasn't needed us to do things like that? At least I like to think that I would have stepped up if someone had needed me like the other me did."

He frowns. "But it sure makes me feel like I've been wasting my life a bit. I mean, past me became a hero when he was fourteen, and by the time he was my age he'd already been keeping the peace for two dimensions for two years and saved the world several times over.
