Arrival:

When already panicking, overwhelmed, and seeking an escape from both internal and external problems, the last thing you'd want to have happen is to wake up in some funhouse mirror style recreation of a place linked to all those problems, with none of your things, no idea how you got there, and no idea how to get out.

And that was before she realized her abilities weren't working properly, because the tears threatening to start weren't immediately electrolyzing.

But at least she had a problem to solve now, something physically, directly in front of her to throw herself at and fix. Or, well, escape. Hopefully. She could ignore the rest of everything till later, right?

And that worked, to a point. Till emotion and exhaustion overwhelmed her and she had to sit and freak out rest.

Sight Seeing:

At least there was plenty to distract her, when she was finally out of whatever hell hole from her memories that labyrinth had been made from. Which was almost stressful and overwhelming in itself, but the fresh air was... nice. The wind felt just cool enough to have that hint of crispness to it, balancing on the goldilocks of temperatures between summer and winter, and seemed strong enough that that childhood urge to hold out her arms and let the wind pick her up started nagging at the back of her mind.

Though maybe it wasn't as childish as she first thought, it seemed, as she paused outside of what seemed like a park and looked up, not... totally sure what it was she was seeing. Something large was up there, with colorful figures dotting the sky around it, dipping and diving like birds till they came close enough for her to identify them as hang gliders. Whatever they were using as a jumping off point apparently had a whole group of them.

She couldn't imagine herself ever having the confidence to try to do something like that, but that definitely wasn't going to stop her from finding a seat somewhere to watch in awe.

Having fun isn't hard...

No matter the strangeness and confusion going on, a library was a library.

And THE Great Library of Alexandria? She would die before missing that opportunity.

Which is how she found herself in the most grand and beautiful hall she'd ever seen, suddenly incredibly nervous and clutching a notebook with a few pieces of loose paper in her hands as she inched forward. Everything she'd seen had said to bring knowledge, so she had a collection of various things she'd scribbled out, from stories she'd heard from more capable heroes in her past to electronic engineering notes and ideas she'd had for creations or adjustments to things that already existed. Surely one of those would count?

Even knowing next to nothing about what was going on, where she was, or how it all worked, the call of what knowledge might wait within was too much to ignore.

Besides! Theoretically it could have information that would help her figure things out, and if not that, maybe it would have other knowledge that the strange 'Zodiac' people would want?
