[ Luisa had been both excited and nervous as the new school year approached. A part of her had really been looking forward to it, and getting to meet new people at the university. But she'd been especially anxious since this would be her first time going to school in what feels like a long time, and she had a feeling it would be very different here compared to the school back home.
A part of her was also a bit worried about having to deal with her possession contract during the year. She'd technically missed the second day of school because of it already, though she'd been glad that she had the idea to make sure none of her classes were scheduled on Fridays for that reason. Still, she couldn't help wondering if how much more difficult it was going to be during those weeks of the first month, being so hungry and then sleeping all weekend.
Well, it wouldn't help to fret about that too much right now, she supposes. For the moment, she had to concentrate on what she could do right now, and doing her best in her classes when she can. For the moment, though, she does feel a bit lost on the big campus. Katsuki had given her a tour one time, but at the moment she was still checking the university map in order to locate her classes. ]
Lost to the Muses
[ Luisa had been a bit worried, what with taking on classes on top of working at the restaurant, piano lessons, and helping out around town, that it would be much more difficult to keep writing the way she wanted to. But lately writing stories seemed to come a lot easier, the words somehow flowing a lot easier. She takes whatever opportunity she can get to write the words down as soon as possible, so she doesn't lose them.
It gets to a point that she starts bringing a notebook with her everywhere, so she's able to write wherever she is. And once she's hit with a rush of inspiration, she'll find a spot to just sit and write.
Which is good and all...but she might have been on her way to somewhere. And the time she spends writing things down might just make her late for something. ]
The Library
[ Despite everything - or maybe because of - Luisa had been excited when they had gotten notice about the library. She'd always loved to read, even though she hadn't always had the time. But now she did (even though maybe she should have been doing other things too), and the library was just filled with so many books, she isn't even sure where to start.
She spends a lot of time in the Literature Wing, reading as much of the stories that she's able to, as much as she has access to. She does spend some time in many of the other wings too, because there's so much to see and look at and discover, but the Literature Wing is by far her favorite. And the cats seem particularly fond of her, for one reason or another, and are always eager to bring more books for her and provide refreshments to the window seat she's chosen to spend her time. Several of the cats are also curled up on and around her, and honestly Luisa couldn't be happier.
But at some point she does spend a bit more time in the Records Wing. Despite a few holes in her memory lately, she hasn't forgotten everything, and after a while she's able to locate one book in particular.
Even as she holds the book, though, she hesitates from opening it. Somehow, she seems nervous about it. ]
