Throughout the month, he's finding himself low on energy--and on the odd days he does have energy, that's swiftly depleted with the things he needs to do. It really is the creatives' pick two--he's got the inspiration this month, so much inspiration, but when he has the time to do anything with it, he doesn't have the energy; if he has the energy, he simply doesn't have the time!
While he accompanies Suzume to the library, it is, frankly, with the expectation he's going to be having a calmer time.

As he looks over the records he's allowed to access, he stops at one-- Noriaki Kakyoin, noting with amusement how it's written. A relative he was sneakily named after, maybe?
It's a little short, but he's allowed to read it, so... why not, right?
