If it's too much, try taking it slow. I'm the hammer type, I think it's called? I keep going until I get it. But that method doesn't work for everybody, not even in my crew. You got to go at your own speed and that can take some time to work out.

He at least has some concept that there are different types of people. He tends to attract more people that are like himself, that keep going and pushing their limits no matter what, but that isn't always a blessing. He certainly isn't good at balancing things and often needs help.

As long as you're doing better, that's a start.
