[A few days after the convention a video post goes out on the network, showing a noticeably tired and stressed Danny. He backs up from the camera quickly after making sure that he'd actually managed to get it to start this time.]

Listen, I think I need help. Does anyone out there know anything about controlling weird powers?

[The tips of his fingers flicker and vanish, and the invisibility slowly begins to spread up his hands. Danny lets out a panicked sound as he notices this, and flails both hands until they become visible again.]

It's been days since this started happening, and I still have barely any control! I fell through my bed last night, and I think I just broke half the dishes in the house trying to set the table.

More like it'll just keep going spotty whenever. I'm pretty sure you don't want that.

No. The last thing I need is for this to get worse. It already feels like I'm only half here.

Maybe you need to start trying to make it work on your terms. At least then, you'll know what to do when you start "phasing" out.

I wish. [Don't mind him, he's grumbling.] I don't even know where to start.

If I were you? Start small. An arm, or a few fingers. Find a safe place where you can go, and just try, a few hours a day, or minutes if that bothers you too much. Take all the time you need. This is obviously all still new to you.

It was like that for me, sort of, when I was first trying to practice magic. It didn't just happen overnight.

[ He sighs heavily. It almost seemed like that was too simple to do anything. But at this point he'd try anything. ]

Worth a try, I guess.

It'll be a start! If you don't get anywhere though, we might need to consult someone else. Just so we have a balanced idea about what's actually happening.

"With what's happening to you? I'm not sure yet. Remember, I haven't met everyone here. Even in the scope of ghosts, I only know what I've seen in the Boiling Isles. Your abilities might be something totally different."
